If you choose to earn your IPBS bachelor (double-degree) or master degree from ESB, you will open the door to numerous career opportunities and development potentials. Successful high school applicants study a total of 4 years for the bachelor programme, 2 of which will be spent abroad at one of our top partner universities, who are members of IPBS. 2 internships are required during the course of the programme, one in Germany and one abroad, which is integrated into the partner university`s programme. Graduates from the bachelor programme are awarded a German bachelor degree as well as one from the partner university. This IPBS ESB undergraduate programme has over 30 years of experience in developing some of today’s best managers and corporate executives.

You can build an IPBS  Master’s degree in International Management onto your first degree, offering additional study abroad opportunities with hands-on experience and more in-depth knowledge in international management. The master’s programme is also open to non-IPBS bachelor students, who meet our entry requirements.

With at least 2 years of professional practice, graduates can also decide to pursue a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) and prepare themselves appropriately for the challenges of the international market. The typical applicant here is a graduate from a non-business discipline who wishes to add business competence to their profile.
